Basic maintenance program (after 75 flight hours)

Basic aeroMind service package for Yuneec H520/H520E drones, which will keep your drone in good condition and significantly reduce the risk of failure. Send us the set you are using - and our specialists will make a detailed inspection, check the critical points, and replace the components most crucial for flight safety. Performing a basic inspection on a regular basis (every 75 hours) will allow for early detection of more serious operational stresses and can prevent your drone from being destroyed by an accidental fall. In addition to the service and parts package, you will also receive additional benefits - solid discounts.

We are able to carry out a basic inspection within 3 working days. If you have a break in the flights it is worth to make an appointment and send your drone for service. Your drone will thank you for it ;)

Below you will find a list of maintenance works that will be performed on your aircraft.

1. Body: inspection of drone integrity - coatings, connections of riveted arms, legs, motor baskets            
2. Arms: Check and adjust arm locks, clean with compressed air

3. Drone internal frame integrity check, inspection of all connections inside the drone

4. Motors: check motor mounts, check for play and clean motors with compressed air,

5. Propellers and locks: check propeller locks and replace worn ones, new set of propellers

6. Landing gears: servo check, adjustment, control of worn out contacts

7. Payload mounts: check quality of pins, check mounts for wear and tear

8. Fan condition check

9. Complex cleaning of the drone, including ventilation

10. Calibration of the compass and accelerometer
